Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Many of our products have no minimums for digital printing. However, screen-printed items typically require a minimum of 6 pieces per design to ensure the best value and quality.
Can I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Absolutely! We provide a digital proof for every order. Production only begins once you have reviewed and officially approved the design and placement.
What is your return policy for custom apparel?
Since items are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or there was a printing error. Please refer to our size charts before ordering.
What printing methods do you offer?
We specialize in high-quality screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) digital printing, and professional embroidery to suit different fabric types and design complexities.
How should I care for my printed garments?
To preserve the life of the print, we recommend washing your apparel inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or air drying.
